#7: Ranch can not be used in moderation.

Life Lesson 7: Ranch can not be used in moderation.

This one has also been called "you can never use too much ranch.

Ranch Dressing... Whether we will admit it or not, almost all of love it. It first started off as something we would put on our salads, but then someone somewhere had this great revelation; they decided they would start putting ranch on other things. Soon after this person had things great revelation, people started putting it on almost everything. People would put it on their chicken, pizza, spaghetti, shrimp, veggies, saltine crackers, and many other great foods.

One day while at camp, Devin and I, who both love using Ranch Dressing on many foods realized something; that when using Ranch dressing, you can't use it in moderation. Almost anyone who loves using Ranch Dressing will agree to this.

Also, anyone will tell you, one packet of ranch is never enough, you always need one more or need a bottle of it.

I believe this video will help prove that you truly can't use Ranch in moderation.

#6: Don’t cut a hug into a kiss.

Life Lesson 6: Don't cut a hug into a kiss.

This is probably one of the first life lessons that doesn't really have a story behind it. We just kind of thought of this one after we came up with Life Lesson 6.

I guess in a sense it is pretty self explanatory. It's a well said life lesson that many people should know about. It's rather helpful in any dating situation, especially when you and your significant other first start dating.

When your significant other wants to go for a kiss, they will go for a kiss. Guys, don't rush into a kiss, most girls don't like that and appreciate it when you take it slow.

If she wants to keep hugging, well then keep hugging. All things happen when they're supposed to, at just the right moment.

If she doesn't want a kiss yet, then don't cut a hug into a kiss.

It's as simple as that.

ps. sorry no picture this time.

#5: Don’t go for a high five when she goes for a hug.

Life Lesson 5: Don’t go for a high five when she goes for a hug.

This occurred when Dalton had some trouble in the female area. Which you'll actually see happen in a few life lessons. ha.

This one though, happened one night after the SCIPHC Camp Meeting. Dalton had some interest in Brooke; so when they went to leave, she went for a hug and for some reason he went for a high-five instead. We still have no idea why he did this, he doesn't even know why!

Doing something of this sort can definitely send the wrong message, or completely change the message that you originally wanted to send. If you have an interest in someone, you shouldn't really go for the high-five, especially if she goes for a hug. Honestly, no matter who you might accidentally go for a high five when they go for a hug, it will be very awkward! It could change every part of your day.

To this day, we still make jokes to Dalton about this incident, and he feels shamed about it and has no idea why he did it. He probably will never know why! ha.

Either way, I think we all learned a good lesson from this. You should never go for a high five when she goes for a hug.
